Services we provide include:

• Running workshops, seminars and conferences to:
  • consult on strategies and policies
  • help organisations to understand new national policies and plan what they need to do to implement them
  • share best practice and progress, and problem-solve implementation challenges
  • achieve specific tasks e.g. develop a service specification
• Establishing and supporting learning networks. These often bring together leads occupying a similar position across different organisations (e.g. PCT Directors of Commissioning). The main aims are to provide opportunities to develop knowledge and skills, share good practice, problem-solve challenges, and provide mutual support.
• Delivery of training courses, e-learning packages and training materials such as work-books.
• Guidance booklets, checklists and tool-kits to help organisations to undertake self-assessments or create action plans
