Housing and Mental Health


 

This programme is works within the social inclusion agenda which aims to enable the most vulnerable people in society to access appropriate services. The focus of this work is to ensure improved access and sustained settled accommodation for those using secondary mental health services. This work underpins Public Service Agreement 16 which aims to help socially excluded adults in to settled accommodation and employment and prevent future social exclusion.

The programme strongly promotes partnership working, bringing together diverse organisations such as PCTs, Local
Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and the Third Sector.
