Delivering Race Equality (DRE)
Our aim is to reduce inequalities in how people from black and minority ethnic communities access, experience and achieve outcomes from mental health services.
Through DRE Action Plan we aim to mainstream and embed:
- effective work with clinicians and managers
- clarifying, strengthening and refining the role and involvement of users a carers
- strengthening partnerships with the 3rd sector
- incorporating a broader equalities context
- identifying and disseminating the learning
