The London programme for mental health and well being in later life and older people; uses net works, resources, guidance and bespoke pieces of work that will support organisations to deliver better outcomes for people. The London lead of the programme works freely across health and social care the voluntary and independent sector and has an exceptional opportunity to influence ways that services are delivered.

Focus

The programme focus is to facilitate shared learning across services improving integrated working and supporting developments of partnerships. Through this programme we inspire to develop cohorts of practitioners who will be fundamental to improving service delivery across the London health economy by developing and sharing the learning.

  • Evidencing that relevant policy and legislation is implemented and services developed to deliver them.
  • Identifying and offering support to areas demonstrating poor practice
  • Identifying good practice and exemplar sites
  • Designing, producing and commissioning learning  products
  • Working with the London commissioning programme
