Early Intervention (EI)

The LDC supports  a range of networks within London  to deliver on the early intervention in psychosis agenda. The three main areas of activity are:

• steering group,
• research group and
• network.

The steering group is a forum for leads from each EI team or service pan London. IThe Steering Group overseas the agenda for the regional network and ensures links to the national programme and other NIMHE or social care initiatives. The Group meet quarterly.

The Steering Group’s  main objectives are:

• To support the national EI dissemination of practice, learning and development of EI, pan London
• To facilitate effective information exchange and best practice development pan London. 
• This facilitates service providers, commissioners and users to organise and deliver services in London  
• To validate local performance against targets
