Disabled Children

This work supports the contribution of Primary Care Trusts and local authorities to Aiming High for Disabled Children transformation programme. 

The work includes support for development of the core offer as well as supporting the regional development of the palliative care strategy and the transition support programme.

To support this work, the Children and Families programme has established a network for Strategic Managers of Disabled Children’s Services in London.
